Mohrs Herzl Chalet is a real insider tip. We are now regulars here, because the food is always great and everyone is friendly and courteous. We would love to come back.

The hotel is very beautiful and very lovingly decorated down to the smallest detail, but in our case the price / performance ratio was not ideal. Small room, small but exclusive shower (not suitable for couples). The food was delicious and very generous, for a "Herzl Hotel" we would have liked a romantic dinner.

Found by chance ... a super idyllic, romantic ambience. The restaurant attracted us with its charm and then convinced us with very tasty food. I have made a note of the hotel for my next SPA trip.

I have had lunch here in the restaurant for many years and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, very tasty, lovingly arranged (the eye eats too!) And always seasoned just right. I really like the rustic ambience of the restaurant and the whole house with lots of wood, it always reminds me in a pleasant way of restaurants during my vacation in Austria. I will always come back here.

How can you place such a building in Töplitz? Does the building authority have no eyes or was the mayor Ringel drunk?

We have known the Herzl Chalet for a long time and are still, always very happy to be there. The ambience is uniquely beautiful, the food fresh and made with love. We keep coming back. :)

One of the nicest hotels we know. We have been there repeatedly. The owner has little interest in actually renting her room. Unfriendly and loveless in dealing with their guests. Booking through booking is totally unpopular. The restaurant is sometimes open and sometimes not. Bicycles brought along cannot be properly stored. Breakfast for 21 € is an absolute number! Too bad. A great house. We were almost the only guests on all visits. This is certainly due to the loveless operator.

we wanted to book one room for ourselves and two rooms for our guests for our wedding. After 10 minutes the lady of the house came. After a friendly greeting, we are informed of the availability and prices. Until then everything is fine. When asked if we could have a look at the room in which we wanted to spend our wedding night, we were refused with the words: "We won't do that, you can see it on the Internet". It may be that you can get information there, but hospitality is something completely different. This is the second bad experience after a very bad service and food half a year ago. So if you want to feel comfortable, you should ask about the staffing levels in advance. Otherwise the hotel looks very cute. Value for money is a disaster. 184 euros for a night in a double room is definitely too high for the area and the hospitality.

There are points for the ambience. Cute and cozy outside and inside. We had lunch. The food is good. Unfortunately the prices are partly overdrawn and incomprehensible, that makes it somehow unpleasant under the stroke. Service was friendly.

The prices are legitimate. If it is too expensive for you, you can take a pension around the corner or sleep in the stable. Even if it is the "East", it does not mean that it has to be free. Book Berlin or Munich and suffocate in exhaust fumes and don't sleep at night because it's too loud and pay on top 👌🏼 You can't please people anyway. Oh, yes ... for all curmudgeons: there is a McDonald’s not far from here The hotel is recommended all times ✌🏼

A special place !!! Great location, inside and outside! Everything down to the last detail, just like in Switzerland. Very cozy! The cake was delicious, the pieces large. The prices are rather high, but justified in this ambience, I think.

Service was nice and friendly and the food was really good. I'd go there again.
